We have provided support to OPM's mission to ensure that Federal Government has an effective workforce through OPM TMA for more than 20 years. Our team has developed products for the key service areas of customized training, blended training, and human capital solutions to include: organizational assessments, organizational transformation support, instructor-led materials, print-based instructional materials, technology based training products (CBT, WBT, IVT), knowledge management systems, learning organization strategies, consulting, learning systems development and integration, and training management systems. We have consistently exceeded customer expectations, one of the many reasons we successfully won this contract five consecutive times.

These past performance collaborations illustrate how our close interaction with the customer to develop the final product produces far-reaching results. These projects clearly demonstrate our keen emphasis on individual and organizational performance to include training and performance improvement tools development and evaluation of the effectiveness of those solutions. Our past performances show our expertise with developing Web-Based and other distance learning vehicles. These projects also highlight our implementation of adult learning principles. Our innovation in delivery such as games help make our interactive environment a rich medium for training, learning and high levels of retention. Finally, our past performances offer great examples of our exploitation of the latest technologies available.
